Our Locksmith and Garage Door Services
Our technicians are trained to perform a wide variety of services for your garage door and locks. The following list is only a small fraction of them. We can help you with:
Garage Door Maintenance
Most people don’t realize what an intricate contraption a garage door is. In order to raise and lower, garage doors rely on a system made up of multiple components like springs, cables, tracks, and rollers.
Each component plays a part in balancing the weight of the garage door and helping it move up and down. When something goes wrong with one part, it affects the entire system.
That’s why it’s important to have a professional inspect and perform routine maintenance on your garage door annually.
Rodent Exclusion
Unfortunately, garages are a hot spot for rodents. They provide warmth, shelter, nesting supplies, and often snacks like bird seed and pet food.
If you’re noticing foul odors, greasy streaks along walls, and strange squeaking noises in your garage, you might have a rodent problem. Please note if you already have a rodent infestation, you will have to call an extermination company before we can help you.
But once you’ve addressed the immediate problem, we’ll be able to seal up cracks and holes in your garage door that allowed the infestation in the first place. From then on, you shouldn’t see any more rodents in your garage.
Rekeying
Rekeying is important for many reasons.
One, it protects rental properties against past tenants.
Two, it helps keep your business secure if you’ve had a keyholder leave.
Three, rekeying once in a while protects your home from break-ins.
It’s also a much cheaper option than completely replacing your locks.
