Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My spring snapped. John came out for a free estimate and we agreed on the price which was really good. He replaced both springs. Did some maintenance on the door. The door closes so much better than before. I really appreciate how fast he was and how good everything turned out.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lucas was the only one who was able to get a technician out today on a Sunday super last minute and we are so thankful! We had a very complicated job where our garage door had to be completely put back together and repaired and thanks to thunder garage door repair we were able to get it fixed in an hour.

Definitely recommend this company for their hard work and amazing customer service.

Thank you so much Lucas for sending out David who came out to help us! He was great! 🙏🏼

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Provided excellent service promptly. The locksmith arrived on time and called ahead so we could expect him and was great about a last minute request. Completed the job quickly and made sure everything was working as needed before he left. I did have some questions about the bill, but they responded quickly and kindly with top notch support for the questions I had and resolved my concerns the same day! Thanks again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The staff person who took my call was efficient and helpful. Lucas was able to provide extremely fast service to repair a broken spring for my garage door on the same day as the quote consultation. During the quote appointment he began by explaining the mechanics of garage door opener systems and the parts so I understood what broke and what would be repaired. Lucas is knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. He ended up having to install a more expensive part than he thought but still honored his original quote at the lower price which speaks to his integrity and I really appreciate it.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had John B. out for a service call today. He was prompt, personable, knowledge and clean. The initial quote was a bit high but after a quick review we came to a cost that was a win / win for both parties. All in all a great experience, and I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

PS: Request John, cool dude.
